What is Grout
Grout is the stuff you use to stick tiles onto walls and floors.
It is a mixture of sand, cement and water. There are other additives added to make the mixture act certain ways. It can also hae a colour added to make it blend in with the tiles.
You can use it as a filler for the gap between the tiles.
Grout tends to be quite goopy and sometimes even liquid, but dries very hard when dried.
You can buy grout at most DIY shops such as B & Q or Wickes.
There are a number of DIY tools which can help with your grouting such as:
Grouting saw
Grout scraper
Grout tiler
Grout trowel
Dremel grout attachment
Grout sealer
